18-08-2024The sofa was delivered in three boxes, two came one day and one the next. I reached out to customer service twice to ask questions and they were answered quickly. Customer service gets a 100% A+ mark from me.The couch itself was very easy to assemble and the hardware is heavy duty. Please remember this is a $350 sofa. For the money, I am blown away. It is comfortable- soft, deep seats, plenty of bounce/fluffiness. The pillows are a little thin, but I add my own anyways. The sofa itself is beautiful- I got the green and it’s got a lot of depth! FYI this sofa is a little short/low to the ground, however I BET if you wanted to get taller legs, you could. But I don’t mind the height.I would absolutely recommend this product!

18-08-2024The color was not as pictured, it’s more dimensional and darker. Putting it together was pretty easy and it’s comfortable (not as comfortable as it looks) it’s a good couch though overall.
