11-12-2024BarberPub Vintage Barber Chair No. 9201 (Black)My chair arrived five days from the day I placed the order. The chair was double-boxed and packaged right for shipping. It arrived at my home in almost perfect condition. The only damage was where the backrest attachments rubbed against the arm supports chipping the paint and leaving a small burr inside each side of the armrest attachment close to the bolt holes. I can fix that with a small file and a little touch-up paint. No big deal.I’m using the barber chair for my computer desk. Thanks to the foldup footrest the chair swings around and fits under the desk, then I fold the footrest down again. I also swing the chair to the side of my desk and lean it back for relaxing and watching TV, and it works great for taking naps too.I love the looks of this 1920s-style barber chair and it is comfortable. I’m 6’ and 240 lbs. This 126 lb. chair fits me just right. The chair is strong and well-built. It should last for generations.
